Kentauros is the pseudonym that Francesco Bellesi, designer, uses when drawing a bike and this is his ingenious interpretation, in scrambler perspective, of the BMW R nineT ready to go “from paper to metal”.The basic idea is that it just doesn't take two Off-Road tires to make a credible scrambler out of a nineT. So Kentauros has borrowed a fork from the legendary HP2, including plates and handlebars. Same source for the wheels, while the tank, headlight, engine and frame are the original ones (only the cylinder head covers are silver). He added a small adjustable plexi, a classical instrumentation, a Monza tank cap, a port number table and a new rear frame with a saddle that recalls the original, but in just one piece. The exhaust is single, ktm type, while the collector was inspired by that of the Guzzi Griso. A short front fender and a metal grille on the headlight complete the transformation. What should we say Francesco, "pardon", Kentauros ... you have captivated us, we want to see it live!Visit Kentauros facebook page
