At first glance, this Café Racer is based on a BMW Boxer R100, but then you realize that, apart from the front and bottom, this beautiful custom has been completely rebuilt by hand. This "idea" of Café Racer is the work of the Team Nozem Amsterdam that built this bike with seductive lines and unusual materials, like the top of the tank covered in American walnut, that reminds the teak deck of the legendary Riva speedboats and like the vented tail section and tailpipes that run inside, always in a nautical theme.Tank, seat and tail come together in one single piece, creating a sinuous and continuous line. Very nice the exhaust system that passes under the body, covered with heating plates, to exit from the tail. Backward footpegs, rear Wilbers shocks, tank cap that comes from a racing BMW E30, cone filters and lower handlebar ... all about this bike expresses the pure Café Racer style. The rims painted black almost merge with the tires, while the electrical and wiring system, as on all Nozem bikes, is completely hidden, leaving ample space to the visual impact. A chrome headlight with a yellow high luminescence glass and a small speedo complete the look of this unusual BMW custom.Whether you like it or not, it's up to you, but the originality of the project is undeniable and anyway WE LIKE IT.Photography by Gijs SpieringsNozem AmsterdamWebsite Facebook
